Water helps us to remain healthy by actively contributing to boost the immune system. However, to entertain this benefit, clean water should be consumed properly. Water is the main source of minerals for the human body and it contain many mineral components which are beneficial to us. Three of the most important such minerals which are harmful to our health, including arsenic, antimony, aluminum and  barium. Proper water consumption patterns are of crucial importance in order for us to maintain the balance within the body and healthier functioning of muscles. Headache can also be relived by water. Water prevents the risk of infection when treating ill patients are ensures cleanliness. It assists in finding cures for patients and new diseases, and can be used in treating body dysfunctions. this minimises the risk of infection and controls the bacteria that enters their body.



As well as water improves blood circulation. The more water we consume, the greater the volume of our blood and the more fluid it gets. The greater the volume of our blood, the lower the risk of hypertension and heart diseases.
